Plum and Cherry Galette. Had some plums that needed using, and a can of sweet black cherries. Simmered them up with some butter, brown sugar, and a good dollop of Irish Honey. Then when the sauce was thick, put them in a messy puff pastry crust and baked for a half hour at moderate heat.
