The easiest diy bag mod in the world
Toppeak make a saddlebag that’s a nice size, it even has a bellows in case you need to cram something else inside. Unfortunately it broke during a dropoff, the plastic QR snapped clean off.
I was sorry to throw it away, the bag was still pretty new, and the bother of going through warranty would have been useless, long term.
I scratched my head a bit and came up with this.
