So I did my first Lolita co-ord at Sunnycon on saturday. irynmudda has gotten super into Lolita recently (her coord was hella cute like wow) and leant me a dress.  We had a stall together, with charlesbazaar (Irynmudda) selling her geeky jewellery and me selling my art prints. Twas a fun but ridiculous weekend.

Hello everyone!

I’m Charlotte, aka the new mod, aka irynmudda​, aka charlesbazaar​ (damn that’s a few aka’s) I’m a plus sized cosplayer based in the North East of England :)

I’ve cosplayed for a fair few years, I generally go for the big dresses, big wigs kind of designs, although as you can see above I’ve done a range of different cosplays!

I come from a craft background (and I make jewellery) so I’m big on handmade, hand crafted armour, props, amazing photo edits, but also anything that has your personal touch! That’s not to say I hate store bought, mate, if you wear that well, throw in a little sass (maybe glitter) and you have yourself a fabulous time!

Something that genuinely keeps me up at night sometimes is the pervading thought that if I accidentally get run over or eaten or something - who picks the music at my funeral? I hope to god its not my parents because they'll be like "oh well she was into the Lion King so we'll play circle of life".  this. this is what I worry about. My parents choice of music at my hypothetical funeral.  Approved music to play as they burn my longship: - The Indiana Jones theme - Johnny I hardly knew ye by the Dropkick Murphys - The Nazghul theme - Bohemian Rhapsody - Billy Connolly's version of 'Tell Laura I love her' - Get Low by lil John and the Eastsideboyz (full lyrics on the order of service) - Duel of Fates from the Star Wars soundtrack - Sail Away by Styx - Rock the Dragon

At least I know some good will come from not being able to delete my internet history

So that's my first Dream Cosplay complete Rogue - X Men: the animated series Photography by PhotoGoku That leotard is the hardest thing I've ever made and I once made a full Gimli costume. irynmudda was an absolute babe for helping me make it. Comfy as fuck too.

Ahaha! I think its because I'm northern English, and when I went uni in Scotland I had lovely American friends, one who was from somewhere near Texas, i think? I had a youth of listening and watching old American westerns :3 I haven't watched much of Rythian lately, must change that!

Yeah, actually something I've noticed is that European people and people from England like my accent.

Oooh!! Yes! (I'm behind too, though.) I am kinda doing a rewatch of blackrock periodically, and his hearthstone video from the stream with Ravs is good. I like it a lot. His XCOM is really good apparently! :3

I've watched a few if your minecraft vids, I adore your accent! This might be one of those 'I've wanted to send a message for ages but I'm too scared, and then I drank lots of alcohol messages.' I really like your tumblr too, you got me back into the yogscast as well, so thank you!

Oh gosh!!! Thank you! I think my accent is dumb cause I try a bit hard to make myself not sound as southern as I am. xD I should record myself talking at work to people, because they make me drop into a really bad accent.

No one should be afraid to message meeeeee. I like messagesssss. I like peoplessssss. Especially considering how much I like Rythian and the yogs, I will always be happy to hear things about them or anything in general really. I always enjoy nice messages like this one. :3
