what are u thinking of getting
for a while now i've been thinking of getting a silhouette of some weighing scales, like zeus's scales of fate? partly bc i'm a libra and i like the whole horoscope thing & partly bc i'm all about finding the balance but mostly because i fucking love classics yk what i'm sayin??
-36
horse of diana by diane izzo. it's such a beautiful song and the lyrics are poetic and evocative and they inspire me every time i listen to it. diane izzo honestly didn't get the recognition she deserved while she was alive
i'll get you by the beatles i mean i don't really listen to the beatles that much anymore but i tend to avoid this song because i remember it was a really big McLennon Theme Song and it brings back sour memories of the beatles fandom so i'm listening to it now for the first time in like 2 years lol
runs in the family by amanda palmer was the first amanda palmer song that i truly fell in love with and a lot of people hate it but idk i have never gotten tired of it. it's the second most played song on my itunes and every time i hear it i find something new to love about it and i get the same chills i got the first time i heard it
in 8th grade i had a crush on this guy with much cooler music taste than me (or so i thought) and this was back when formspring was a big deal so we had this thing where i would send him obnoxious anonymous demands to learn the song "girl" by the beatles and he never did and then one day he got a question that was like "what song describes your life right now" and he answered girl by built to spill and i listened to the song and thought it had a lot of meaning pertaining to our relationship...as it turned out it really didn't but it's still a great song and i'm still friends with the guy he turned out pretty cool
the kids from yesterday by my chemical romance honestly i vigorously hated this song when i first heard it i thought it was so corny but now i kinda love it despite its blatant corniness
 done
astronaut by amanda palmer lol thanks tenth grade me
