Listen. I enjoy Finnpoe/stormpilot. I respect it. I’ve read multiple fics. HOWEVER I fucking love Finnrey and untimately think it would have been best for the (originally intended) story.

Like, Rey was abandoned as a child and all she had ever wanted is for someone to come back for her, and Finn does!! He ditches his plans to hide in the outer rim to save her, and overcomes his fear of the empire and joins the resistance. Finn says Rey looked at him like no one ever had, which inspired him to actually become the ‘resistance hero’ she thought he was! They only knew eachother like a day but were inexplicable bonded and just wanted to protect one another.

LIKE UGH IT’S BEAUTIFUL AND I WISH PEOPLE APPRECIATED IT!! BUT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE WEIRD ABOUT INTERRACIAL COUPLES!

I was rewatching Terminus. I fucking love Terminus. It’s coasting a two-episode plot all the way to a fourth and fighting through all its production issues on pure aesthetic and vibe, I love it a lot. 

I feel like everything about the beat of the Terminus’ causing the Big Bang isn’t appreciated enough, especially alongside the very blatant City of Death reference. It’s a moment that binds three distinct takes on Who together; Douglas’ Adams flippant and cheeky cynicsm (nestled in the comfort and self-aware teasing of the Williams era) is pulled through Castrovalva’s “Event One” and the mathematical haunted fantasy of Bidmead, and is just enough of a dark and comedic cosmic horror retooling, barely bordering on being mean-spirited, to be a perfect representation of where Saward was trying to steer the show (for better or for worse).

Such a big fan of Pokemon doing average animal activity out in their native habitat and the pictures being very clearly of said Pokemon fucking around with the photographers like regular animals do :)
