So- quick update on Chapter 2 of my Werewolf Weiss x Vampire Ruby fic.
I've been writing like a mad woman for all of Sunday into Monday morning of my timezone. I know- too late for the "posting and updating once a week" that I set out to do- but there's been a stupid amount of unforseen circumstances that have caused this many delays.
Chapter 2 is nearly finished. I have to write out a string of conversations, a few paragraphs of Ruby and Weiss starting to bond- then polish the whole thing, format it and post it on Ao3 (will subsequently post it here as well).
For now, I have fixed some typos, grammar and spelling mistakes in Chapter 1 as well, so it should be nicer to read for new readers who missed White Rose in Bloom / White Rose Week 2025.
The story is called "Beating the Curse (Doomed by the Narrative)". You can find it by scrolling down on my blog, in my most recent posts if you haven't seen it already. It's going to be an emotional roller-coaster kind of fic.
I have a feeling that from Chapter 3 onwards, I'm going to struggle as it will be me vs. the hardest parts to write. If I survive my entrepreneurship programme I'll probably get neck-deep into it. We'll have to wait and see.
