Ok so Lavi watching the people he cares about walking past doors straight into events that will irrevocably change them is a running theme apparently ok. Ok. I'm so normal about this.
Now, wouldn't it be crazy if we see Bookman disappear through a door after having ensured his successor's safety while Lavi watches on? It's not like we already have precedent for him mysteriously disappearing behind a door in the Ark (presumably) in a conflict that involved Neah, the rest of the Noah and maybe past!Lavi- Oh wait. Law really should have an anesthesia ability that actually puts people to sleep. Like, his operations already seem to be painless, people scream out of shock from being cut in half rather than from pain. He could do all his surgeries on fully conscious patients, if they're willing.
