sometimes I wonder if it's a good idea to let my childhood dreams go for the sake of dealing with reality of things. I wanted to work for Disney but... it's less appealing to me nowadays in comparison how it was when I was younger.

now I just wanna live in my own studio and make my own books and paintings, it's not exactly glamorous, it's not on par with my childhood dream of being "the very best artist who ever lived", but I feel like that'll make my life much fulfilled. does that make sense? or am I being ridiculous?
