Still technically Saturday on your end! xD Happy STS Dearest, today's question: what does each main character's shoes look like?

Thank you sweetheart, Pavel and Sparks have the easiest answers of the primary characters. Though so does Nazren actually.

Jon - owns multiple pairs of shoes, chooses based on the rest of his outfit. Almost all his shoes are customized for his ease of movement. A combination of support and comfort, so he can go over nearly any terrain without issue. Most his fancy appearing shoes have built in blades and skimmers to make identifying people faster.

Luc - almost all his shoes are leather and customised to fit him perfectly. His most common pair to wear are his battle boots, they go mid calf, black leather exterior, reinforced heels, sleek lines. His second most common pair are the sneakers Jon got him for Walks, black and silver, foot and ankle supportive.

Isaac - he stopped counting how many types of shoes he has, as he owns everything from adorable open for high heels to combat boots to men's dress shoes. Luc once joked he has two pairs of shoes per outfit choice.

Iov - he has several different pair of dress shoes, in varying colors and styles, to match different outfits and look official. He refuses to wear boots, as he was in boots the day he made the worst choice of his life and changed everything, he’s not a fan of sandals as he’s concerned they don’t look formal enough and will get him in trouble for not taking his role seriously. He does have a pair of black fluff slippers Emere got him for around the apartment, as he is not fond of being barefoot, and kept mopping at the socks and how dirty they could get. 

Pavel - for the longest time he owns only a pair of worn sneakers.

Emere - her favorite pair is sandals and then she has several different pairs of tennis shoes and sneakers, plus one pair of boots

Sparks - for years the only shoes he had were the ones Aither got him while they lived in the warehouse, having never bothered to get others. It wasn't until the second year running the Balakhnov Building and caring for the kids that he bothered updating his shoe collection

Sitara - she has so many pairs of shoes, most a variety of sandals and flats, however she also has several pairs of heels and a few new pairs of boots bought after she moved into the Balakhnov Building to use in the winter months.

Nazreen - her primary pair of shoes are basic black flats, but she has several others that match her various dress and several to match her pattern hijabs.

Reasoning: Luc thinks that he’s connected with Isaac, only to be betrayed. That betrayal shatters his world and sends him into a spiral that nearly destroys him.

1.     If your character/s had Tumblr, what would their blogs be about?

Aither *smirks* who says I don’t have one with fashion, weapons, and food. Plus cute animals. cause why not?

Ioanna *ducks head* I have one about self care, books, and art

Quin *whistles* science, really, sharing the science, because science is important

2.     What is their ideal pet?

Isaak *beams* chickens! All of the chickens! 

Julia *smiles* a cat, to keep mice and bugs down, but fixed to prevent issues.

3.     If they were to write something, what would their style (poetry, fanfiction, short stories, novels etc.) and genre be?

Kara - we translate books into new languages.

Sela - tell new stories to have fun and share the love of words. 

Vara - change stories because some authors make poor choices or just fall short of things making sense.

4.     If someone were to look through their search history, what would they find?

Jon and Aither *smirk at each other*

Aither - I’d like to see you try

Jon - agreed. 

Vic *giggles* whatever I feel like showing you. Only two people know how and can access the real logs.

5.     Stupidest thing they’ve ever done?

Sparks *drawn out laughter* it really depends on who you ask.

Quin *rubs neck* there was that time I thought working with a drug dealer was a good idea.

6.     Who would make the worst roommate and why (you can rank best to worst if you so wish)?

Thomas *rubs neck* I’m one of the worst, I am sure, as I don’t know how to do house work. 

Quin *head tips* I pay my bills, but everything else? Yeah, I won’t be there. 

Malcolm *snorts* there is no doubt I’m at the top of the “don’t have for a roommate” list. Music late at night, never remember to clean, what’s food?

7.     Favourite word in the English language (or in another language)?

Archer *grins* Mine’s “healthy”, from when the doctor declared my health problems under control and the disease screwing with my life. 

Sitara *smiles* aasha, it means hope, I believe that is the best word to live by. 

Iov *nods* determination, it’s what keeps me going, no matter how bad the day is and my catch phrase.

8.     Object that they’re always losing?

Tichina *laughs* my key ring, to the point where we put a tracker on it, and Vic uses the computer to tell me where it is way too often

Jon *whistles innocently* my smallest screw driver, it’s the one I need the most, so why would I know where it is? 

Isaac *snickers* my weapons, it seems to be a thing, I have one, I use one, it vanishes in the process.

10.  What is an overhyped book that they would absolutely despise if they heard the premise?

Aither *narrows eyes* 50 shades of trash, i’d buy as many copies as possible to burn, because just listening to the premise behind it tells me it’s abusive. 

Jon *head tips* The Hunger Games, just because I can sadly see a lot of that happening.

Tichina *snorts* I can’t stand the idea behind the Twilight series, for more reasons than I care to list!

11.  What would they do if they had a day all to themselves?

Diego *grins* play b-ball, read, maybe cook a bit, and just relax with friends and family.

Julia *smiles* consider new recipes for the bakery, go window shopping, enjoy time in the park. 

Isaac *rubs neck* depends on what my last assignment was, I’d either want to swim, get drunk, or have a good time on the town.

Lidiya finds how protective Jon is of both soulmates adorably amusing, particularly considering he spends years avoiding meeting the second in person but often uses resources to help him out of tricky spots.

Isaac is torn between relief and disbelief when he first meets Jon in person, and while he ends up being furious, he would still do whatever it takes to protect the hacker, though he fails to communicate that.

Alignment and Reasoning

Lawful Optimist

Nazreen - I believe in following the rules of my faith, sticking to the guidelines of my beliefs, and am always hopeful that Allah will provide a way for events to turn out for the best.

Neutral Optimist

Pavel - like nature, I firmly believe in situational reactions, keeping a balance. However, I believe like nature’s spring and summer, that all things grow and prosper when given the right circumstances, including humans.

Chaotic Optimist

Sitara -  I’ve always been energetic and a on the go, a source of chaos. It works well with my beliefs, and the dance of Ma Kali. 

Lawful Realist

Lidiya - I have a code that I follow, a set of rules and guidelines, mostly tied to my Oath as a healer and doctor. That doesn’t stop me from know there are times when I have to do something I doesn’t want to. 

Neutral Realist

Luc - I’m a true Neutral, and with that comes a realism and understanding, besides that, being a realist is useful as an assassin.

Dayesi - life and career choices has caused me to definitely develop a realistic streak that paired well with my natural neutrality.

Emere -  I take after and follow my aputa’s example, it also goes well with my beliefs, even if someone would say my beliefs aren’t realistic, but isn’t that what faith is?

Chaotic Realist

Aither - having my family die the way they did, followed by me ending up on the streets to avoid living with assholes cause me to be a realist, however I am too chaotic to ever be considered neutral.

Jon - grow up with someone like da, see if you don’t turn out both chaotic and realistic.

Lawful Pessimist 

Iov - I crave and need order and regulation to function. However, life has not been kind to me since my mom’s death, and I always expect everything to go wrong. 

Neutral Pessimist

Sparks - I might have started off with a more orderly personality, but running away from the bratva and plenty of time around Aither changed that. I learned to adapt and think on my feet, even if it’s not my strong suit, which leads to me expecting the worst. 

Chaotic Pessimist

Isaac - I actually vary between Neutral and Chaotic depending on where I am in my head space. Sadly, as it has declined, I’ve stayed more and more chaotic, and not in a good way. Too many things have gone wrong for me to believe things will go right.

A to Z Challenge: Isaac: C for Cold

Cold - adjective -  feeling an uncomfortable lack of warmth; chilled - adverb -  with complete competence, thoroughness, or certainty; absolutely;  without preparation or prior notice

Many would describe Isaac as cold, because he is completely thorough, even if sometimes he goes about tasks in creative ways, and his eyes always seem frosty Those people would not see the pain hiding behind that mask of efficiency. How he wishes to share his warmth and love with someone who knows and accepts him. 

Isaac developed the cold exterior as a self defense after his family disowned him for being genderfluid. He continued to develop it as he entered the military, and later became a Number. Around Luc he’d allow it to drop, until the day he thought his soulmate died.

A to Z Challenge: Isaac: A for Assassin

Assassin -  noun - a murderer of an important person in a surprise attack for political or religious reasons.

Isaac started off in the military, however his talents were quickly latched onto by AEI (Agency of External Intelligence) and improved on.

When he was tested to see if he could belong to the Numbers program, an agent with the will and ability to kill. 

His first assignment went better then anyone than his superiors expected. While he didn’t follow the exact plan, his instincts and methods worked better then anticipated and provided a more information for them to work with, plus took out a few other targets indirectly. 

It was as he was coming up the ranks that he met Luc.
