SUPPORT The 501 Lefferts Ave Tenants Association  RALLY A NEW FRONT DOOR & SECURITY CAMERA Thursday, August 8th  6:30pm -8pm in front of 501 Lefferts Ave https://www.facebook.com/events/375518596494860/ Isaac Hager of Cornell Reality, one of the largest developers in NYC, is BREAKING THE LAW by not providing safe living conditions for the tenants of 501 Lefferts Ave. The front door at 501 Lefferts Ave is over 30 years old!  It is in constant need of repair so the tenants are demanding it be  REPLACED altogether. Residents of 501 Lefferts Ave have already been the victims of violence in their own building and deserve to feel safe in their home.   The 501 Lefferts Ave Tenants Association  is asking the community to : 1.
