If you think about it, despite Isabel(thoughtform)'s obsession with Akizet, the thoughtform does originate from Akizet's cyst. Even if Isabel(thoughtform) went rogue and had an over-obsessive reaction to Akizet compared to the real person, Isabel(thoughtform) stems from Akizet herself and her vision of their deep mutual bond together
