@isagiyo replied to your post: outoftomorrow: You know what makes me seethe?...
i too LOATHE the way the love triangle was written, and kouga really did deserve better. i got the impression he was supposed to be all about his tribe so once he realized other yourouzoku were still alive and needed him (those kids he saved, etc) he left, he’d lost his jewel shards anyway, and the living are more important than the dead BUT all of that could have been conveyed so much better, than is, IF that was the message at all because i’m sort of wild guessing from what we got
{Exactly...It was was all muddled! If the two ookami boys had been in the same chapter as him losing his shards---and then him explaining that hey- “I’ve come to realize that--the living need me more than the dead” It would have made for a much more understandable exit! But Noooope! The ookami boys were chapters before--Kiks had just been lost for good, and he lost his shards-so suddenly he’s all “Ya know whut?! I’m OUT!” Like-really...? ><
//falls on all of you and gives you all the love

“ I can’t even imagine all the things you've been through. I'd be lying if I said I know what it is, but... I want to know. I really want to know. ” Kagome approaches slowly, in a timid manner, but visibly willing to take the next step in that conversation. It’s the first time they talk properly, it’s the first time that both have the opportunity to finally put the feelings out. “ I'm not sure if I believe in this reincarnation thing, but... we have a connection. And I can feel the pain in your heart. ”
