Petra’s backstory has changed dramatically since I first came up with her, but I find that this gives us answers to a lot of things about her, and her relationship with Isambard.

The third huntress, Skoll Mani, was designed by and belongs to odaphiv!

And thus, another member of the Crazy Bunch meets their end. That’s 4 down, 4 left alive. Bianca and Rufus just ran off with the money (smart move), Mason is currently still frozen in a block of ice courtesy of Jin, and Finn is... around.

I’d like to point out that originally Robin was going to be the one to put an arrow in Rouge Carmine’s face, but I decided that it both went against Robin’s previous “I want to be kind” realisation and felt more in character for Wil to just flick a switch and murder someone because he’d already done it with Donovan Lundie (when he vaporized him after unlocking his semblance).

Plus, with Rouge being red-themed like an apple, and Wil shooting over the head of a child, it fulfils his literary basis of William Tell. Finally one of my character allusions actually means something.

Greedy Yolk Boy goes ham. This is what happens when A) All of team RAIN + Jin are absent, and B) Sterling is allowed to completely let loose with his semblance - chained aura breaks in only one or two strikes per person.

Dude really is OP - must have a weakness, right?

I did mention a weakness last time, didn’t I? You may have noticed during the course of the comic the Braiths’ auras tend to flare up when they’re emotionally heightened - and Marron noticed it just now. Defying Sterling made him angry... making him angry made his aura flare, ergo making him angry enough should break it. Boom, weakness!

Much like Maylis, Rusty Gilford is a dirty ass fighter, wasting his own aura just to take someone else’s out. So that he can stab them in the gut. The funny thing is he’s bargain bin Sterling, but Sterling hated his guts.

That’s 2 of the Crazy Bunch out of the fight (and also dead), but Isambard is also in trouble - y’know, being stabbed in the lower right quadrant and all. Also Petra literally killed a guy.

It’s finally back, for the first part of Arc 3′s 3-chapter finale! I really wanted to get stuck in right away, throw everyone in at the deep end. I find it gives a sense of urgency.

And lo, did the angry five-year-old get out her green felt tip and leave Robin a note as she went on a quest for blood. She may be emotionally immature as all five year olds are, but damn if that’s not one intelligent and resourceful little kid.
