I Get By With A Little Help From My Friends
Last Sunday, I spent most of my day with my two favorite peaches, Imay and kuya Rey.
We were already planning for our summer (and post-summer!) shenanigans so we hung out at our newfound tambayan: Isaw Haus.
Isaw Haus had us at their famous, semi-sweet isaw. So, to start the summer-scheming, we ordered meals (and booze!) that totally screamed summer!
Of course, our favorite chicken and pork isaw were present.
I ordered the awesome Lechon Rice which also had Chopsuey on top of the rice.
This is my new favorite: Mais con Yelo with yema and macapuno on top. At first sight, I thought the yema was actually a flan. But when I tasted it, fucking heaven, was it gooood! It went well with the mais con yelo.
Look how I forgot about the world around me while gobbling the mais con yelo.
Popping some beer bubbly for the summer prep!
We stayed at Isaw Haus from 3pm to 9pm just talking about random stuff from religion, Rasta Gods, exes, and Les Miz, to orgies (woot!), and the Golden Gate. I say it was still quite productive.
This is moony Jean Valjean.
Here's hoping that everyone will have a rocking summer!
