Also posted these a while ago but can't seem to find them again so re-post for more decorative ideas.
Farewell.
Oh, it had been some time since Opheaux had visited Beurghes. It was shameful.
-- but the Void Elf didn’t approach the altar with a downcast gaze or an agonized apology on his lips. No, there only lay on his beguiling, angular features...a smile. One that was gentle and easy, just as if he were visiting an old friend and not some better-off-dead hollow of a man. He spoke softly, his voice kind yet incredulous,
“...I didn’t believe it. Yet here you are...” Dead--after having been dying--hastening his journey into some fiery depth of a fate with all of his evil doings. Opheaux sighed out, a laugh shaking his throat,
“Bad men do not receive happy endings, Beurghes...They are never destined to...” The man did not kneel to leave his offering, but rather draped it across the stone before him:
Something of Beurghes’. Perhaps pinched during a...rather domestic argument or skillfully swiped off the druid’s clothing. Something fanciful, something obnoxiously expensive and boundlessly gorgeous and flawless in its craftsmanship. Something shining and gold for the tyrant--a golden-chained necklace with the centerpiece of an indigo, crimson-veined gem.
Gold for the monster, but not a tear shed.
“I...had wished once...--” --Perhaps, that Beurghes would have found a semblance of a happy ending...The elf shook his head, turning away from the brute’s final resting place before speaking with /mournful/ hesitance,
“--that your fate would be different...but it was never to be, was it...?”

The Kokol - or the Bid'ha "water boars"
These 1,400 lbs beasties are around 6ft at the shoulder and 8ft in length, and can be found up and down the main valley waterways - from lakes to rivers. They mostly scavenge at the bottom, using their sharp claws and powerful limbs to crush and push aside boulders for whatever critter is hiding under, but do actively hunt both in and out of water. So just because you managed to evade the first water ambush and made it to land doesn't mean the Kokol has given up the chase. And, since they live in medium sized family groups, it's often not just one of these on your tail.
They can be hunted and eaten, in turn, but their meat is tough and unpleasant in palate. Better than nothing, however.

You and Crispy do a lot of art and story stuff together. Do you or would you do other stuff like that with other artists or people in the predator fandom?
@crispy-ghee and I have known each other for years and have collaborated creatively just as long. We are often on the same vibe and brainwaves and can easily toss ideas back and forth that fit together in our worldbuilding.
That being said, we have noticed a trend of people tagging their own yautja OCs as certain tribes/clans of ours. While we absolutely are honored that people enjoy our worldbuilding enough to want to be a part of it, please respect that this particular sandbox is not open to the public.
Mostly, we are still in the works ourselves! We haven't gotten much down as cemented canon and ideas and concepts will change. Our clans/tribes also have very particular ethnocentric, cultural, and physical attributes and other dispositions that we want to retain unadulterated. At the very least, please reach out to us and ask permission to have an OC of yours be of a certain clan/tribe if you are interested. It's the courteous thing to do, and we will better be able to help you identify those particularities.
We appreciate everyone's understanding.
Do you do other art or character stuff with any other person besides CG or is it just them and no one else?
This sounds a bit accusatory, though I'm not going to proceed thinking about this question that way.
For now, yes. I'm only comfortable doing worldbuilding with @crispy-ghee, as we've known each other, even IRL, for years. That doesn't mean I won't ever do, say fan-art, or accept fan concepts and ideas, or occasionally dabble with another artist, however. It just means that the bulk of my time, effort, and creative input will be with crispy. And we are happy to share with the rest of the fans and fandom!
