Author’s Notes: Crosshair loves mouth stuff, he especially loves your mouth, the mint is just an added bonus. - I'm going off the notion, if it isn't mentioned in SW canon, i can pretend if it is/isn't real, I've decided mint how we know it doesn't exist in SW universe as far as they know ¬u¬
Haha wow I finished the first half, I have more for this prompt planned.
Relationships: Crosshair x Reader
Tags & Warnings: Smooching, Oral Fixation, +18?? I think, it's very earnest kissies
"What do we do if he sees us?" Both you and Crosshair had been sent to tail a target for Cid, and now together you were standing watching a nervous looking Rodian make his rounds at every stall in the bustling marketplace from a quiet off-the-street courtyard.
"Nothing."
You're familiar with his curt answers now, it wasn't necessarily from rudeness, Crosshair just didn't waste his breath on more words than were necessary.
"Right..." you huff, a little agitated at the waiting and pop a piece of gum in your mouth. Crosshair watches as you do this, he'd always been curious about this gum stuff you always had with you, but never asked, it seemed to be your equivalent of his toothpicks, an oral focus that helped him concentrate. He figured it best to leave it to you, after all, you'd been teleported here from another universe whilst you'd been out doing a "supply run", and of all the food you had with you, this was all that was left. Someone Wrecker had already eaten most of the rest, but you'd staunchly protected the gum like a Pyke with Spice. He didn't want to take your "toothpicks" from you.
You can feel Crosshair's eyes on you as you watch the Rodian slowly make his way toward your vicinity. The feel of his gaze sends a flush of warmth to your face and neck- to think you had THE Crosshair staring at you right now, if the Clone Appreciation Community back on Earth could see this, they'd flip their shit.
Over the past few months of your “accidental” arrival in this universe he'd gone from being deeply suspicious, to warming up to you, to the two of you being so comfortable just existing in each others spaces that you had no doubt that he harboured feelings for you on some level- he'd be busy cleaning his Firepuncher while you would lay across his lap doing the "homework" Tech had given you to help get to grips with this universe. You treasured your alone time, so did he, but being alone with him was somehow so much better.
And of course there was the purposefully teasing you- he enjoyed getting you riled up with rampant flirting, slightly too long hugs, lingering touches and near kisses. You wondered if that's what he was doing right now, with his eyes still fixed on you, plotting a new way to rile you up.
You dare a glance over at him and he's smirking at you, of course he is, "Can I help you?" he drawls, making you roll your eyes playfully,
"You're supposed to be watching." you sigh, casually discarding the finished gum in a nearby bin. He rolls the toothpick between his teeth while maintaining his smouldering gaze on you, "I am."
His words send another flush of heat to your cheeks and he chuckles before flicking away his toothpick and leaning over you, one arm resting on the wall above you, kriff he's so fucking tall, "Our mark is too close, we need a distraction." He gently grabs your chin as you start to turn to see, "Don't look." He leans in closer, and you can feel the warmth of his breath on your face, a soaring feeling rushes up through your body as you bite your lip. In this moment he could do anything to you you realise, and you wanted him to.
"They always get uncomfortable with public affection." he murmurs against your mouth, gently ghosting his lips across yours as a silent request, one you eagerly permit by parting your lips and closing the searing hot space between the two of you.
Your lips practically melt against his as Crosshair gently pulls you closer into his body, one hand secure around your waist, while the other slowly traces along your jaw. Kriff, he's so warm...
Having never tasted mint before, your sweet cold breath had Crosshair intrigued. Running his tongue over your lips to gain entry to your mouth, that you so deliciously granted, had him reeling in pleasure at the taste of your tongue on his. How could someone taste so good? His grip on your waist tightened a little and the hand he had been using to send shivers down your neck moved to the back of your head, running his fingers through your hair and gripping just a little, as he deepened the kiss, causing you to softly moan into his mouth, your fingers digging into his back as you held on to him.
After what felt like a delectable eternity of his mouth on yours, you pull away to catch your breath, and look up at Crosshair who briefly scans the marketplace before turning back to you with that sly smile of his, "I think it worked."
"Oh, good. Good..." the surprise as to what just transpired has you flustered while Crosshair gazes down at you, revelling in the fact that he finally got to kiss you, and leaving him wanting more of the delicious lingering tingle of mint you left on his mouth.
Isekai Bad Batch - You can’t tell them about Order 66, right?
Imagine you were space-magically teleported to the Star Wars universe with the knowledge you have, but you don’t know when it is until you meet Clone Force 99.
And to add to the already dizzying feeling of being shoved into a fictional universe you know a fair good deal about, you have these swirling, tumultuous feelings for that broody sniper too.
So when you finally meet them, with all of them decked out in their modified dark grey and red accented clone armour, with Crosshair too, just standing there, a great weight in your stomach drops. If he’s here, and they’re dressed like this, then either Order 66 hasn’t happened yet, or it’s only happened recently. The heartbreak of what they’re all going to endure pains you deeper than you thought it would.
-----------
The boys are all staring at this random person who just suddenly appeared out of nowhere, looking like they’re on the verge of a panic attack while staring at Crosshair. They all mutter between each other:
“What’s with the kid?”
“I’m more curious as to how they came to spontaneously appear. I’ve only heard of myths of teleportation, no true hard evidence though. I’ll need to scan the area.”
“I think they know you Cross!”
“Don’t be ridiculous...”
“Hey kid, you okay?”
Author’s Notes: I don’t do these much, if at all, ever, I think this is the third piece of fan-fic I’ve ever written in my life, and it’s probably been a good 7 years or more since the last one I wrote, so...don’t expect much lol
Relationships: Echo/Reader (hinted at)
Warnings: A smidge of fluff, but that’s it.
------------------------------------------------------
You gently prodded at the scomp-link that Echo had kindly offered to show you. Your curiosity about everything in this world knew no bounds, and the boys seemed more than happy to oblige in educating you. You weren’t sure if it was curiosity on their part, or protectiveness. Probably both you thought to yourself.
“But why’s it called scomp? What does it mean?” you query, tracing the patterned end absent-mindedly as you give Echo a look of bafflement, your brow furrowed in a way that he can’t help but think to himself is pretty cute. (Not that he’d ever admit it to you.) He opens his mouth like he’s about to explain before a voice echoes down from the other end of the Marauder.
“Scomp is a portmanteau from various terms used to describe the technology, such as standard access adapter, computer input port, and computer interface socket. People abbreviated these terms enough over time that we now get the word scomp.”
You can’t help but giggle a little as Echo rolls his eyes,
“Thanks Tech.”
“My pleasure.” the voice responds, before the ships goes quiet again.
“Anyway- do you not have anything like that from your world?”
You think for a moment, wondering what would be a good comparison before your eyes light up, “YES! DONGLE!”
Echo raises his eyebrows, and Tech’s voice sounds out again,
“Excuse me?”
The rest of the day is spent explaining the wonders of dongles and their uses to two very curious clones.
Author Notes: mini skirts look great, but are not blaster proof (though you can imagine whatever outfit you like) - Use of nickname (Grey), no Y/N, I like using Grey as the reader nickname because it’s ~ambiguous~ and also because it’s like a *insert name here* whilst still being a name
Relationships: Hunter x Reader
Warnings: None, just some cute fluffy stuff :3 and mantell mix
------------------------------------
Yourself, Hunter and Tech were currently in the cockpit of the Marauder. Tech tinkering on a side project, Hunter in the pilots seat, and you watching Hunter, hoping that by observing him it might let you understand how the ship worked, but hyperspace was beautiful distraction, you couldn’t get over the whole space thing. Hunter had been watching you out of the corner of his eye as you did this, and he couldn’t deny that every time you saw hyperspace, your starry eyed expression made his heart flutter just that little bit, and it caught him off guard every time too.
“Grey, have you considered getting something more...protective to wear?.” Tech suddenly interjected,
“Mm- Tech’s right, if you’re sticking with us, then you’re going to need something that’ll protect you better than...well that.” Hunter turned to you, gesturing to your current clothing.
You couldn’t help but let out a little whine, this was your BEST outfit, it wasn’t your fault you got teleported to the Star Wars universe while wearing it, but they were right. Despite it’s extremely flattering fit, it was by no means practical at all, and it definitely couldn’t protect you from stray blaster fire.
“Well, I guess I don’t have much choice if you’re going to be stuck with me; might as well try to keep myself alive as a thank you, I don’t think my survival rate is very high as a side character anyway...” You mutter the last part to yourself.
Hunter throws a bemused look at you, Right, fancy hearing, you cringe to yourself.
You hope he took it as your weird sense of humour, as you weren’t sure if you were ready for that talk with any of them yet; the one where you end up having to explain to them how, in your universe, their whole world is a work of fiction and you know a LOT more about them and the future than you had initially told them. And that many thirsty fanfics were writt- no. You would take that part to your grave before you told any of them about that.
Tech’s voice conveniently cuts through your downward spiralling inner dialogue, “We’ll be arriving Ord Mantell shortly, there are plenty of establishments that sell armour and other protective garments, it’d be a good opportunity to find something during our stop.”
The sound of two small feet suddenly running up the gangway to the cockpit makes you whip your head round to see Omega burst in, “Did someone say shopping?!”
The additional sound of two enormous feet come crashing down to the cockpit,
“WAIT DID SOMEONE SAY SHOPPING?! WE NEED TO GET MORE MANTELL MIX!” and Wrecker busts through the doorway before scooping up Omega and they begin chanting,
“MANTELL MIX! MANTELL MIX! MANTELL MIX!”
Hunter groans, pinching the bridge of his nose, “We’re just getting supplies.” he looks over to you, where you give him the best puppy eyes you can muster.
“I’ve never tried Mantell Mix before.” It must’ve worked as his hard frown begins to crumble.
“I- uh- fine. But you do not need 20 orders of it like last time.”
Ok, but the funniest thing about Isekai is the culture clash?? (Bullkark is my SW slang for drabble)
Pairings: I mean, not really any but if you squint REAAAAAAL hard, you might see Echo x reader
Warnings: None. Purely mundane nonsense for some chuckles. The stuff you don’t think to think about. Well I’m here to help you find out what that would be like my pals. (づ ̄3 ̄)づ╭❤️~
Author’s notes: Have you ever heard them call the fresher a toilet in canon before? Or loo? I haven’t, so I’m officially stating that means they don’t have the words toilet or loo.
----------------------------------------------
“So, um, where’s the uhhh, loo?” you ask in a quiet, sheepish voice. You knew this would happen eventually, but you legitimately never thought in a million years you would be asking Echo, a character from a fictional show you loved watching, where the fucking toilet was. In the Star Wars universe. Where lightsabres existed. The. Fucking. Loo.
“The what?” Echo gives you a bemused look.
“Y’know, the toilet?” there’s a low level of urgency in your voice that Echo picks up on, but not what you’re getting at, causing him to mildly panic at the thought that he won’t be able to help you with whatever mysterious other-dimensional needs may have.
“I don’t know what that means?” your pointed stare at him only seems to make him panic a little more, “Well, what’s it’s function? Let’s start with that.”
A blush crosses your face as you mentally prepare yourself to suck it up and tell the nice star wars man you gotta pee so fucking bad.
“I need to pee. Where do I go?”
Now it was his turn to blush, a brilliant crimson from ear to ear. If you didn’t need to pee so badly right now, you’d have enjoyed how cute it made him look a little more, but no, No cute thoughts. Only pee. God, please let him show me where the bathroom is.
“Oh!” there’s a slight sound of relief mixed with embarrassment in his exclamation, “You mean the ‘fresher? It’s over here.” a flustered Echo directs you down the narrow gangway of the Marauder to the tiny cubicle that was the refresher.
Echo proceeds to give you a quick explanation on how to use the vac-tube, which you briskly thank him for before asking him to give you some privacy.
Acknowledging this he scoots off elsewhere in the marauder to literally face palm, and groan at his first-hand embarrassment. Other-dimensional needs? What does that even mean, of course they just needed to use the fresher!
