My mind immediately went to Iseria from Epic7 after seeing Nagi's design and swords in this merch lineup, lol. They’ve the exact same colour scheme and trope!! She's the second in command of the Order of the Sword which is kinda similar to Nagi being King Reo's second in command?? Plus she’s a ranger class so she’s a full on attacker but is pretty squishy and needs a lot of support, so similar to Nagi’s striker style 😭
Though her swords are real while Nagi's seems to be fake since the spell he yelled out was "Triple fake blade"!! Pretty sure this is a reference to his fake volleys right… But still, it seems like he specialises in battle magic!
Also she's an elf!! I've been tryna manifest elf Nagi in merch since forever cuz I think it fits so well, Sasuke was an elf (Legolas) in a colour spread too iirc. So pls merch team make it happen, it'll sell!!!
Recently I've also been noticing some similarities between my 2 biggest ships, with my preferred "tops" having the ruler/emperor/hokage archetype while the "bottoms" are their bodyguard/knight/protector yet also their pampered little treasure and princess?? 😭
I still can't believe the latest Reonagi cycling scene has Reo putting his own bag in the basket WHILE CARRYING NAGI'S HIMSELF AND STILL CYCLING BOTH OF THEM LOL. Mikage Reo the man you're, treating your princess so right 😭😭
King Reo's dialogue was so cute too "Nagi, I'll make you the best wizard (egoist 😭) in the world". He's so cool in this merch line up design wise and being the only one sitting down (in his throne) and not fighting, yet he still seems so powerful talking about making Nagi the best?
I also saw some epinagi leaks and I don't wanna comment too much until I read the officials but damn... it seems like they're falling EVEN MORE into the Narusasu dynamic.... 😭😭
