The feeling of being pulled back to the realm of the living was disorienting at first, but it took him only a moment to match the sensations with memories. This was his first time being called back, nor would it be his last, he figured. There was still work to do, after all. But even in consideration to those other summonings, this felt...different. 

His form would materialize before his master, and thus would start the beginning of this ludicrous ordeal. It would take him only moments to find the massive difference between this master and those prior. The results was a laugh.that brought that all too unusual smile to the man’s face.

“So machines can summon servants now? I can’t say I was expecting that of my new master.”

“You’ll be alright, please try to relax. I will not allow any more harm to come to you.” Her calm voice would helpfully shake off any unease he felt as she checked over him, inspecting the bruises and cuts with great care. Nothing too serious, thankfully. If they could find a medkit, she could patch him up in a jiffy.

“Do you need any assistance in walking. You can lean on me for support, if you’d like. I’m small… but I’m sure I can handle your weight. Oh! Not that I find you large or… ahem! H-How did you receive these injuries?”

[◑] Sigma nodded, still a bit dazed. He’d become familiar with injury during the nonary game, to a point where getting injured didn’t really phase him as much as it should’ve, but it was still enough to put him out of it for a moment.

“I think I can walk, I should be fi-” He’d taken a couple steps, and near-immediately fallen over. He might be stubborn as an ox, but even he knew that sometimes, you had to admit you’d messed up...

“It’s fine, I’m a pretty big guy.” He laughed a bit while pushing himself up off the ground, wincing all the while. “It was a servant- no idea if they’d been told to do it, or not. Guess I’ve just got bad luck...”
