The music of Sigur Rós makes me want to learn icelandic. My first word is “isjaki”, that means an iceberg or ledovec in my native languague. Listening to their music feels soo calming but the experience is purely visceral at the same time, just magical <3

Sigur Rós ~ Ísjaki Seeing them live was a transformative, virtual religious experience. Driving long road trip miles in the country late at night, with this (and other songs) playing loudly in the car. . .so good. ;)
