ezra  was  raised  by  his  grandparents.   parents  had  him  young;  father  was  out  of  the  picture  before  he  was  born,  and  his  mother  was  battling  personal  demons  that  resulted  to  her  taking  her  life.   nevertheless,  his  grandparents  gave  him  the  best  life.  and  to  this  day,  he  owes  them  everything.

remember  when  everyone  had  an  emo  phase ?   yeah,  ezra  had  one  too.   he  and  his  high  school  friends  decided  to  start  a  band  one  day,  during  a  2  am  basement  discussions,  my  chemical  romance’s  helena  blasting  through  the  speakers.   soon  enough,  thieves  was  born.   taking  inspiration  from  their  favorite  bands,  their  sound  reminded  everyone  of  what  punk  rock  was  all  about.   ezra  dropped  out  of  his  senior  year  in  high  school  to  take  this  leap  of  faith  and  pursue  this  music  thing.

their  song  went  viral  one  day,  and   thieves  became  a  well-known  group  around  the  world.   at  one  point,  they  were  a  part  of  the  infamous  warped  tour.   

they  were  living  the  dream.   but  that  call  came  crashing  down  when  ezra  got  a  phone  call  in  the  middle  of  the  night  from  one  of  his  band  mates  and  best  friends  that  their  drummer,  had  been  in  an  accident  and  passed.   

and  that  was  the  end  of  the  band.   ezra  decided  to  take  an  indefinite  hiatus  to  figure  himself  out,  stay  out  of  the  limelight,  lay  low  for  a  while.  

he  opened  up  his  own  bar  in  his  hometown  and  business  has  been  great.   but  his  grandparents  are  getting  worried  that  he’s  becoming  too  focused  on  work  that  he’s  missing  out  on  life.   so  they  begged  him  to  join  love  island  (  it’s  their  favorite  show  to  watch  every  night  )  LMAO.   he’s  confident  that  the  producers  wanted  him  for  publicity  since  he’s  a  washed  up  musician  BUT  he’s  using  it  as  an  opportunity  to  get  out  of  his  comfort  zone  and  make  his  grandparents  happy.
