Day 4 Performances, PB's & progressive processes a plenty for the TEMPLEOGUE SWIM CLUB athletes at the @swimireland #ISN18 . The team performances continued on Day 4 opening with a strong 100FC from Robyn Lynch and a big PB to make reserve for the Finals while Cara Osing produced a strong heat to make Finals where she finished 4th in a fingertip finish. Strong 400FC PB's from Sean Kenny and a great swim from Ethan Brady to qualify for the Finals while in the youth events Stephen Murphy posted his second fastest swim ever, while a well paced PB from Saulius Uoka saw him qualify for the Finals, further improve the earlier effort for a superb SILVER medal and another well paced swim. In the 200BF event Hannah Walshe posted a seasons best to qualify for the Finals as did Kate Sweeney in her youth event. Both girls produced superb PB's for the Finals with Kate finishing 5th overall, while Hannah's PB saw her take SILVER and her first National Age Group medal. In the boys event Daniel Walsh, Conor Kenny and Oscar Randles all posted strong heats with Kenny's PB seeing him join Randles in the Finals. Randles finished 4th in a tight finish and Kenny equalling his earlier PB in 8th. In the 100BC our girls produced some excellent heats with strong swims from Erin Delaney building on her excellent performance in the previous days while Hannah Walshe posted a solid swim before Cara Osing delivered a strong heat for a reserve place as Leah Martin also posted a solid swim to qualify for the Finals. Alie Martin and Ellen Walshe qualified as two top seeds for the Finals with Martin setting a big new PB. In tonight's finals Leah Martin converted a season's best swim for a BRONZE medal, while Alie equalled her earlier PB for 5th as Ellen Walshe smashed her PB, and open club record en route to SILVER in event. In the boys event, David Corcoran posted a big PB in his event while Sean Kenny did likewise in his age. Solid morning heats from Ethan Brady and Sean McNicholl saw both lads make Finals. Ethan set a big new PB for 4th tonight in a really good race while Sean McNicholl posted SILVER medal performance. An earlier relay BRONZE topped off a great day. #FunFastFearles (at National Aquatic Centre)

Day 3 Finals at Swim Ireland #ISN18 continued to impress for the TEMPLEOGUE SWIM CLUB athletes as the PB's and performances continued this evening. First final saw Saulius Uoka PB again for SILVER medal while Evan DeLacey delivered a superb PB swim for 4th, while Ethan Brady also posted a superb swim for 9th in his age group, while Sean McNicholl also posted another great swim for 6th in the Open Final. Next up was Cara Osing who delivered a strongly put together performance for SILVER medal in the 400FC. In the Men's 50BC Sean McNicholl posted a strong swim for 5th in the event while in the women's event Alie Martin & Ellen Walshe produced superb PB's with both girls inside the Club Record and Walshe finishing in BRONZE medal position and Martin in 5th. Another impressive swim from Sean Kenny saw a further PB for a 4th place in the 200IM, while the evening finished with another great race from Robyn Lynch for a 4th place in the girls 200IM event also. Over 3 days of Heats in Senior and Youth events and combined Finals, the TEMPLEOGUE SWIM CLUB athletes have delivered some really impressive performances. What a great finish to Day 3 heats Swim Ireland #ISN18 as Templeogue Swim Club Youth Boys win GOLD in 400MTR BC David Corcoran BS Saulius Uoka BF Oscar Randles FC Daniel Walsh Senior heats this am opened with strong a PB from Evan DeLacey to qualify for Finals this evening. Also posting a Finals swim was Ethan Brady while Sean McNicholl posted his fastest heat swim to qualify for the Open Final. In the Youth event, Saulius Uoka PB's for a final in his 14yo age group. Cara Osing posted a solid 400FC to qualify for Finals this evening while Erin Delaney posted a seasons beat in her event and Kate Sweeney another super PB in her 13yo age group. Sean McNicholl posted a great 50BC to qualify for the Finals in a strong position, while Ellen Walshe, Alie Martin and Leah Martin did likewise with Walshe and Alie Martin both swimming PBs that put them in the Open Final. Ethan Brady posted a strong 200IM while a PB from Sean Kenny ensured his place in the age group final tonight. Another big PB from Joe Kenny topped off a great few days of racing for him. In the afternoon session PB's from Conor Kenny, Oscar Randles and Saulius Uoka coupled with a strong swim from Stephen Murphy showed the depth in the squad as a whole. A strong swim from Leah Martin was backed up by Robyn Lynch who qualified for the Finals in her event. An equal to PB 1500FC from Sean Kenny closed out the morning activities. Finals will be another busy session for the TEMPLEOGUE SWIM CLUB athletes. #FunFastFearless (at National Aquatic Centre)
