Stealing

You ever had your car or apartment broken into and your most valuable or loved possessions just taken away from you? Let’s be honest, most people steal because they simply need to to survive, maybe some out of greed, but you do it out of pure malice. You take the last of your roommate’s ice cream, you steal your siblings favorite stuffed animal, you steal your classmate’s pencil box, if you steal money from someone you genuinely think that person deserved it. Your crimes can range from shoplifting to grand theft, and you fucking hate billionaires. The best things to steal aren’t money though, it’s things that people love or can’t live without. Many don’t know of this hate language, but if you’ve ever had the impulse to steal your enemy’s last soda, you now know why.

How would you describe their personality?

Once bitten twice shy, Izzy is a huge flirt but avoids genuine connections when possible. She's a risk taker but also a planner, the latter of which helps cancel out some of her bad luck. She has a little bit of a temper but is very devoted to the few people she does trust.

What brings your character joy?

While many aspects of her job are frustrating (namely the coworkers), Izzy actually enjoys research, puzzle solving and learning new things. Discovering some relic not seen in a millennia or reading the journal of some long gone layperson are equally thrilling for her. More recently the companionship of a certain Zhent has topped the list.

What does your character strongly dislike?

Bellar's attitude. But in all seriousness her pet peeves are people patronizing or underestimating her. Izzy also is very protective of knowledge and historical works and is understandably not a fan of their destruction.

Is your OC scared of anything?

My sketch on my @unmoderated-art side blog

What is their alignment?

Chaotic neutral. As a criminal Izzy has very little disregard for the law. She also dislikes needless cruelty but will hesitate to say anything out of self preservation. That being said she'll do just about anything for the people she cares about.
