#isp blocking

Hey so my home wifi is inexplicably blocking Tumblr on mobile and desktop. The DNS I used to use to get around a similar issue isn't working, but I can use a VPN or mobile data to get to the site. Trouble is Tumblr eats data like mad and I'm gonna run out of the "free trial" VPN data soon (plus I'm on a shared mobile data plan with the family and don't have unlimited there) and as a broke college student I don't wanna have to pay for a service just to see tumblr at home. Anyone have a similar issue/ideas for a fix? From what I can tell it's some sort of ISP issue but I'm unsure how else to get around it
