Ruby: Favourite character?okay everyone already knows I live & die for Cole Stewart, but in the Black Betty Crew Chubs is my favorite. Clancy: If an Orange got into your mind and did the flash-thingy, what images would they see?There would be a lot of images of me and my mom, long drives and concerts I’ve somehow convinced her to go to. A lot of my best friend, walking and barely registering time passing. My sister annoying me and vice versa. A lot of reading. Not enough studying. A surprising amount of eating. Cate: Favourite minor character?the problem with TDM is that the minor characters that you love don’t feel minor. Like, is Jude technically a minor character? Probably, but he /feels/ major. I'm actually laughing my butt off because I had doubts about Harris at first until I saw the on-set/after hours videos from various IG stories etc and he is literally the most "Liam Stewart" person I have ever seen in action and I love Patrick Gibson in The White Princess so I'm SUPER stoked about Clancy lol! I can't believe we have to wait till next year how am I supposed to LIVE 😩😭🆘 lol

Harris & Patrick are gonna kill it as Liam & Clancy, I’m so excited. And Skylan is honestly just how I imagined Chubs it’s crazy. The wait for this movie is gonna kill me, I can’t wait for the cast to do promos and interviews and stuff!

Re: people being mad that Movie!Ruby isn't white: I don't recall anything in the book indicting if she's white or black?? As for her name being indicative of whiteness, hey, maybe her dad was white and her Mom wasn't? Maybe a similar mix happened in past ancestors and the name kept going! Names don't mean much ethnicity-wise, especially in modern times. If Alex thinks Amandla is good for Ruby, then I'm obvs gonna take the author's word over some internet whiner's 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exactly!! I’ve got good feelings about the whole cast, and from what Alex has said about the cast and what she’s seen, I’m super excited to see how this movie turns out. Hopefully seeing the trailers in the future will help some of the skeptics see Amandla was the best choice for the role.

general opinion: fall in a hole and die | don’t like them | eh | they’re fine I guess | like them! | love them | actual love of my life hotness level: get away from me | meh | neutral | theoretically hot but not my type | pretty hot | gorgeous! | 10/10 would bang

i can’t see him as “hot” per say, he’s just a cute lil drop of sunshine

How I feel about this character: he’s an underappreciated bean tbh. i really wish his short story had won over clancy’s for the new edition of ita! I really worry about him post ITA, he lost Jude  & his relationship with clancy was … a mess and i really just wanna hug him. All the people I ship romantically with this character: none really? i know he loved clancy & clancy cared about him in his own way but even after what ruby did to clancy at the end of ITA, i think nico would need distance from him. #NicoDeservesBetter2kAlwaysMy non-romantic OTP for this character: ALL OF THE RAINBOW CONNECTION SQUAD, his friendship with Jude was esp. precious thoughMy unpopular opinion about this character: idek what the popular opinions about Nico are, we don’t talk about him much? I really gotta focus on him during my reread cause alot of my memories about him aren’t that clear honestlyOne thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: again, really wish we’d gotten that Nico short story instead of clancy’s (even though i did find clancy’s really interesting)
