International Space Station Flyover
At 9:29 PM EDT this evening, the International Space Station flew over southwest Michigan.
The craft, moving at 17,500 miles per hour, appeared to just graze Jupiter (upper right corner of the frame), flew over the head of Orion (center of frame, obscured), and then skirted just below Mars (upper left-hand side of frame).
The clouds appeared only for ten to fifteen minutes around the time of the flyover, but I feel the twenty second exposures, along with the movement of the clouds, lend some magic to the scene.
