Issue 46 came out, so let’s talk about it!
So everyone at the park is now upset because they want to leave, and they also now think that Ashe and his Wisp were the ones who started the fire in the first place (which I kinda saw coming, it seemed too obvious to not pin it on him from their perspective).
And then Amy chops a mountain in half, cuz ya know.
Jewel isn’t too excited about the one with all the pressure put onto her, but Amy gives her the confidence she needs to plan out a way to hold back the fire for the time being...

IT’S THOSE WOLVES WHO ARE PROBABLY RELATED TO WHISPER WHO HAVEN’T SHOWN UP IN LIKE TWO AND A HALF YEARS!!!!!!!!
I’ve been wondering this entire time what was up with them, because as I said, it seems like they’re somehow related to Whisper and as such probably would have a lot of lore surrounding them, but... they just faded into obscurity after their first appearence in the 2019 Annual. So now I’m wondering why they’re here and not in the pyramid they were living in in the Annual (cuz generally speaking, people who live in pyramids probably don’t go camping all that often). Maybe they’re looking for Whisper and in the semi-near future we’ll finally see them cross paths, but I can’t say anything for sure.
EDIT: They’re actually Fennec Foxes who may or may not be related to anyone.
Anyway, so Tangle, Belle, and the Motobug (who’s just kinda part of the gang now I guess) are running around the forest when they find Ashe...

Also, the three of them then proceed to fall off the edge of a cliff...
