Grab bag workout

Today's workout was a grab bag surprise. Put three pieces of paper in a hat and, surprise! See what you get. The options were: 40 min easy run 70 min easy bike 1.8k steady swim And...damn...swim! I needed the work anyway. Nice to get it out of the way before the workday starts. Stats: 1.8k in 0:51. Exhausted and ugly effort. There's always tomorrow!
