gosh i can not even taken bc. When i attempted it messed with me badly, and made my anxiety and depression 10x worse and i couldn’t stop crying it was redic

OH NOO YUMS.. man i havent noticed a significant increase of that kinda thing but my anxiety/gloominess kinda fluctuates depending on how much responsibility is being piled onto me/whether i overthink things/whether i am reminded of my low self esteem and start yelling at myself @_@ im hoping my medicine wont do that.. im just kinda scared of the increased blood clot risk. im a baby i dont want to go through anything painful
