the thing is, it IS just men
yes, there are murderers in every gender, there are a wide variety of people who can't deal in peaceful society for a wide variety of reasons and resort to fatal violence, which hopefully we can all agree is wrong
but ignoring that men repeatedly enact violence on women for crimes that include "not fucking them," "having opinions," and "just existing" proves fatal pretty much every single day
