so at my place where I'm interning, we have one of those silver bells like you see at hotels for clients to ring to let us know they're here since we have no receptionist, and it's SO funny because they're so hesitant to press it. Or sometimes they apologize for it even though we have a sign that says TO ring the bell to talk with one of us. They'll just stand there for a good 30 - 50 seconds before slowly pressing it.
