Hi, if anyone knows how to fix a key falling off WITH it's scissor switch please let me know?

Do I need to buy a new switch? Could the hooks be damaged? Is this smth that can be fixed by ordering new parts and replacing them myself or do I need a professional to handle it? What kinda repair technician should I be seeking help from?

The E key pops off if I press the top half even lightly. The A key feels a little loose but hasn't come off.
