SLOWPOKES!
Everyone knows that slowpokes have the slowest nervous system of the entire planet, with the standard healthy slowpoke taking at least 5 seconds to feel pain! Many scientists are still confused as to how such a creature survived for so long!
With their diets consisting on fishing, they dip their tasty tails in the water and wait for something to bite. This occurs due to their tails having a different set of neurons that can sense anything but pain.
But that's common knowledge! You guys wanna know a true fun fact? THE SAME SET CAN BE FOUND ON THEIR HEADS!
This makes both ends of a slowpoke's body hyper sensitive to anything but pain! It's the main reason why they can easily evolve into both Slowbro and Slowking, as despite feeling the shellder biting down their heads, they are simply unbothered by it.
