Out of curiosity, how well do you think/know slowpoke tail would work for making jerky? My brother routinely gives me his slowpokes' she'd tails and, while I could just make a pot roast like I usually do, I'm REALLY craving jerky.

unfortunately it really doesn't! slowpoke tail is very fatty, so dried slowpoke tail doesn't keep for long and is very hard to eat by itself. this is why slowpoke tail is so often smoked or slow-cooked in stews- it helps render the fat. dried slowpoke tail is primarily used to flavor dishes, though it can be eaten if cooked long enough and given time to rehydrate.

and, to be honest, the flavor that comes off a slowpoke tail is pretty strong. it'd probably be overwhelming if you could make it into a jerky!

What a fine mess those ruffians of Team Hooligans have left poor Professor Chestnut and Black! They've been left tied up while the Hooligans made a quick getaway with the Pokemon they were left to study!
