biked the La river yesterday ffrom my house to longbeach shoreline with y dad and uncle

its abouttttt 14 miles

im actually gonnashootttt myself i woke up at around 2:50 or so with my knees hurting so bad i couldn't even bend them straight so im uncomfortable laying down with my knees up

and matters worse i can barely walk and i had to get up because i have to mtell my mom of course 🥹🥹
