I'm doing this class called clubbercise at the gym tomorrow morning and it sounds super cool like they give you glow sticks and you dance to hit songs in a darkened room with disco lights on

i should be in bed.  i am not tired.  this has become a thing lately.  not tired at night when i should be, yet tired all day when i should be doing the stuff i should be doing which does not include napping which instead is what i have been doing.

so anyway, i am going to pretend i am tired and deprive myself of input in an attempt to bore myself to sleep by turning off the computer and going to bed.
