Always enjoy starting my day with a demand for a refund for something from nine months ago.

And this is a picture they just sent me. It's been (badly) repainted, and the sheath I made has been replaced with a smaller tighter one that is rubbing the paint off.

The complaint was "it looks different to what they expected", well I suppose it would. You painted it, and replaced half of it with something not made for it.

None of what is happening here is my fault 😒
