It's been 20 minutes or so since the game started and this match is already 200% more exciting than the italian supercup one. And this is a freaking league cup game!!!

do you do lineart then colour? or do you do everything on one layer?
i don't do lineart i just block out the main colours or values and paint on top of it. usually i have two layers at any point, where layer one will be the stuff i've already rendered and am happy with, and layer two will be what i'm trying to add. then i'll repeatedly merge layer two down as i work
America has the lamest names for official facilities. "Pentagon"?? "White House"??? Cmon you could've came up with something better.
