Correct me if I'm wrong —

Why is the ring Hopper gives Joyce basically the same ring Jonathan gave Nancy? I mean, there's very little difference, and the way they showed Joyce put it on got me immediately going 👀 cause I just knew even before checking that it was going to be the same. And when I say there's very little difference, I mean the way the stone is set looks slightly different, but that's it.

Didn't El and Hopper hide in that same room where the first ring was left behind, like they ducked in through the hole in the wall, right? I'm not suggesting that Hopper actually took that first ring or anything, but it seems weird they put him in the room and then they gave him the ring too.

I might be wrong about the room though, but I checked the rings.
