Sometimes circumstances and situations can leave your life in chaos, but even when you've emotionally hit rock bottom…well, there’s nowhere else to go but up, right? Even when our plans in life get detoured and we can no longer see the road ahead of us, it is then when our faith is put to the test. That’s when it’s time to walk ‘faith’ instead of talking it. So even without a path insight, I’ll keep walking.  Really glad I took this weekend to refocus my faith and lean on the support of family. I also appreciate the kind words and support from my online friends, ya’ll are a bunch of cinnamon rolls. :)

This cook book is easily one of the most used in my collection. Whenever I’m not sure what to have for dinner, this is the book I turn to.

Such a fabulous collection of recipes, beautiful photography and an inspiring story.

The meal pictured is a combination of two of my most loved recipes from the book - Teriyaki Chicken and Stir-Fried Brown Rice with Nori and Sesame served with some broccoli and a little extra teriyaki sauce.
