I'm fashionably late to doing this. Here is a list of people I find exceptional.

lt-gregtaka- Does awesome art and has good music taste.

ask-entertain-ler- I'm going to refrain from putting ask blogs on this list, but the mod of this one is just so friendly and nice that I actually have the courage to talk to them, sometimes.

fangirlwithafez- She has excellent tastes in stuff, because they match mine closely xD

evilsavage- Great art, amazing cosplay. She can be pretty funny too and has good, varied taste.

tenacioushaphazardness- Just an all around nice person. Super long URL, though uAu

Pony-Orgy- Funny and wise for her age.

Buttonreallysucks- Does awesome Lord of the Flies fanart :D

A-lost-dreamer- Funny, has great taste, and is always kind to others. A very friendly person.

Targetlost- Hilarious, sometimes stubborn, but overall one of the nicest people I know. I consider her one of my best friends.

Noiselessnoise- Can be annoying and stubborn, but overall I like talking to her. Has great taste in anime and music.

Silentiouswhispers- She's been through a lot, but doesn't usually let it get her down. A very strong person who I consider one of my best friends. Very nice, funny, and has good taste in shows and games, though not in characters :P

Fruityloopz- Can be stubborn, but also one of my best friends. Possibly the person who has been my friend the longest without having the friendship die out. Good taste, but needs to give me money.

Everyone else - Awesome for putting up with my carp and sometimes even enjoying it. All special in their own way, though I don't really know how because we never talk.
