Luisanna stirred and shivered, waking up in a cold empty bed. She looked around, stretched and grabbed her glasses off the bedside table. This wasn't the first time she'd woken up alone, Tachi-kun often had to leave at ass o'clock in the morning/night for work. But on Christmas? Did the akatsuki have no sense of holidays or familiar obligation? Of course they don't, but it's nice to grumble and complain, even if it's only mentally. Luisanna rubbed the nasty, crusty stuff out of her eyes and adjusted to the odd feeling of opened eyes after sleep. The clock on the bedside table read four thirty-seven, December twenty-fifth. She got up and walked toward the door, intending to check on Fugaku. She reached for the door and saw Itachi's cloak hung on the hook by the door. So he hadn't gone out on a mission. Luisanna grinned sleepily and pulled it off the hook and around her shoulders. She opened the door and walked down the hall, but stopped outside the living room. There, in front of the tree-which seemed a bit more brightly lit than when she last saw it- was Itachi and Fugaku sitting in front of the tree. Itachi was reading him something and Fugaku was curled against his chest, not quite asleep. She smiled and tiptoed into the room. She snuck up behind her Tachi-kun and leaned down to kiss him on the forehead, but his head tilted back at the last minute and she kissed him on the lips. She giggled and playfully smacked his shoulder. "Sneaky ass," She grumbled affectionately. "Merry Christmas, An-chan." He said, and kissed her again.
