Today was all about low and slow cooking and beer. A balmy 29 degrees and nothing better than slamming some meat on and forgetting it for 6 hours until it’s after 1. Loving getting back into cooking again after the kids sucked all the joy out of it for me... ‘it’s disgusting’ is my two year olds favourite phrase right now. 😏 my #wip is all about food, but I can’t seem to get my MC out of her bedroom at the moment.
