One of my biggest pet peeves is when girls say they don't want to lift and squat heavy because they are worried they will get "bulky". Ladies!! You will not get bulky! The heavier you lift, the more muscle you will have. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn, resulting in a lower body fat. Instead, you will get a rounder booty and strong, toned legs. You also don't need to do hours and hours of cardio. Actually, I only do 1-2 20 minute HIIT workouts a week, MAX. When I first started out, 10 squats without weights was really hard. Now I can do 20 squats with a 30 lb dumbbell with perfect form. Be consistent and patient...it's all worth it in the end ๐ช๐ Some of my fav leg workouts are lunges, weight kick backs, single leg dead lifts, squats, jump squats, burpees, fire hydrants, donkey kicks, leg raises or basically anything with ankle weights. ๐ Check out the #ITBFkit at www.ITBFshop.com (link in my profile) to get a workout plan perfect for losing weight and gaining lean muscle plus much much more! ๐๐ช๐ #inspiredtobefit #transformationtuesday (at itbfshop.com)
