I'm having a small panic attack well it's subsiding now... Again shortness of breath heart palpitations and my head felt like there was a lot of pressure.... This is what happens I'm good for a few weeks and it comes back hopefully it won't get as bad as it did .. I have my first day of training tmrw this can't be happening again and I'm 6 pounds away from my goal weight. Please God... I don't want to go through this again ... I left my Ativan in my car and I can't go get it... Writing this is helping me try to get my mind on something but my right arm is like tingly.... I'm smelling Vicks vaporub it's kinda helping since it's like a control scent....:(
