Everyone has been confined to their homes while the sector adopts Covid-19 preventive measures. Even while this is essential to gradually slow the virus's transmission, it has raised anxiety and produced negative feelings. Also fueling the fake news surge are WhatsApp forwards, which have caused fear. Nonetheless, it's crucial for us to understand that this time can be used for mental recharging and cleaning.
Below, we've listed 5 ways that your Itel mobile device can serve as an excellent informational and entertainment resource:
1. Explore new apps: The Play Market is brimming with fresh smartphone apps. There are a few apps that might help you with your interests, whether they be in cartoons, singing, dancing, or fitness. Several programmes can also allow you to hold an eating regimen, review music, or the artwork of 'DJing'.
2. Gamify your time: The lockdown period is a great opportunity to try out new video games, from PubG to Ludo. Playing games with your friends allows you to actually connect with them. Because it allows people to play games while in a video conversation, the Houseparty App is based on this idea.
3. "Video calls" your long-lost friends: Video calls can be a great way to interact with your friends while strictly adhering to social distance guidelines. Make an effort to get in touch with your long-lost friends and rekindle old ties.
4. Binge-watch your favourite shows: Lockdown is a great opportunity to watch your favourite series. There are numerous traditional shows available on OTT platforms, so there will be both nostalgic and fresh ideas to explore.
5. Listen to podcasts and audiobooks: Listening to podcasts is a great way to pass the time. There are many instructive podcasts accessible online for your daily dosage of information, though some are purely for entertainment. Similarly, listening to audiobooks should be high on your list of lockdown activities.

If you have followed my scribblings on social media, you would have observed that I have mentioned the subject of itel 5g phones before now. You could say that I am fascinated by the idea. Why? Simple: itel Mobile is a brand that is dedicated to providing cheap Android phones for the entry-level smartphone market.
As such, while we may all be excited about the current crop of premium 5G phones from Samsung, Huawei, OPPO, Xiaomi, and others, it is a brand like itel that will truly democratic 5G phones, making them available at the lowest costs so most people can afford one. That is why I am fascinated by the idea.
I recall when 4G LTE began to be deployed. Only those with a lot of money could afford one. Today, we have sub-$100 4G smartphones from itel Mobile putting LTE connectivity and access into the hands of teachers, market men and women, artisans, and students.
That is exactly what I foresee happening with 5G technology. But one thing is key to making this happen: the availability of affordable 5G chipsets. Thankfully, one has just been announced.
