Mortimer came into the care of the staff in Soapbox D voluntarily, at the age of 16. Currently it is 20. She lives with a caretaker in SimHouse 58, Sector 986, Soaphouse D.
Per his request, any staff member who refers to it as "clocky" will be barred from contact with Mortimer until they apologise and agree to never refer to her with "clocky". Conversely, if Mortimer refers to a staff member with anything other than their chosen name and pronouns, it will be barred contact from that staff member until it apologizes.
She loves to draw (although she says she isn't good at it) and can often talk about nothing else but his latest work. We speculate that it may be autistic, but a diagnosis is pending,
