On the fringe of his helmet, a single tear trickles down and drops down onto the carving. He turns away, wiping away at his eyes, before facing Mei once more.

"A-ah, my apologies Mei. It's... a lovely gift." His voice is surprisingly hoarse, but beneath the helmet he is smiling.
