Feats of Strength is a best-of-three system that encourages teams to take risks early on by contesting different objectives. They are as follows:
First Blood
First Tower
First Three Epic Jungle Monsters (Drakes, Herald, any 3 Void Grubs)
Upon one team completing two of the three above Feats, they’ll have won the contest and will receive the blessing of Noxus buff. This buff will immediately grant a small bonus to any tier 2 boots belonging to players on the Feat winning team.
After completing two legendary items, a player on the Feat winning team can spend gold to upgrade their boots to tier 3, which grants another small stat bonus and a unique effect depending on which boots you upgraded.

item upgrading and materials
I've been thinking on how to make upgrades for weapons feel more tangible and take some directed effort.
Particularly rather than have specific items needed only for very special high level magic enchantments at DM discretion I'd like to have a slightly more flexible system of material types and tiers related to various specific upgrades.
This is all in an effort to give weapons a little more personality, so that rather than replacing whatever it is you have with any given weapon with an additional +1 that you find, giving players materials that they can use to upgrade their current weapons into something more, something personal. A lot of legendary figures have their legendary weapons, and I think it's a lot more fun for a player to slowly upgrade and personalize their weapon rather than find a super powerful weapon and toss their current gear that they just spent the last five levels carefully maintaining and gathering gold to enchant over their shoulder in favor of the new shiny, that will just end up going to the highest bidder when the next dragon has a bigger axe in its horde.
Finding named loot is all well and good. The relics of legends past still have an important place in any game, but the player's own weapon should be able to gain the same status, is my goal. Such that future generations will come upon a shrine in the wilderness guarded by traps and wards that challenge their worthiness, and should they survive to prove their valor they may get a chance to wield the weapons of their ancestors.
I think 5 different tiers of loot, roughly for levels 6-10, 11-15,16-20,21-25 & 26-30.
but rather than having very specific materials like "drake tooth" or "dire toad bile" more generic groups, like:
plant
bone
hide
fluid extract
mineral
and then those groups subdivided into:
poisonous
medicinal
economic
magical
Just a rough idea off the top of my head, but I think that's it for the categories that I'd need. Anything else?
