He's so soft. I had to capture his softness somehow.

I had to redraw the preliminary sketch so many times, the perspective here was something crazy. I've never worked so much on a preliminary like with this one, and yet there are so many mistakes 🙄

I just realized it’s been a bit of a wild week, and I was supposed to be making weekly writing updates for accountability purposes for the gishmas personal challenge thing... and I missed monday.

At least I missed the monday update because i was actually busy writing. It’s been a productive week, and I think I’ve only got a bit more of this fic to write before I can post it (and it’s over 23k already, so I’m pretty happy about the progress lately!)

Tonight I gave myself the night off writing, in favor of being absolutely infuriated by the trainwreck of national politics (which is unfortunately also my local news...). But I at least wanted to post this before I forgot again...

Ok what-the-actual-fuck. This time, yes, it looks really like Jensen Ackles 😳 .

I'm shocked, I seriously didn't know I could do something like this (ESPECIALLY with watercolors 😱) I mean, I never thought I'd be able.

Dear Lord, Jensen. You're making things difficult 😩 but, if you remotely thought that your beard and your hermit hair would have stop people from drawing you, well, you were totally wrong 😤 😇

I swear this month has been one of the hardest times I've ever had. A lot of crap. A lot of things that I believe were forgotten, resurfaced in my mind ( On top of this, Jensen's story of him belted by his father didn't help).

I drew a lot but nothing seemed to be good. Like I literally wanted to throw all the sketches in a big campfire.

But the new album release gave me some fresh air to breath (literally) and it happened I ALSO drew something that I actually like.

I hate watercolors. I deeply hate them. But it's gish personal CHALLENGE. So I had to try at least. And I swear I see so many flaws in this painting y'all seriously can't imagine. Never more, I clenched my jaw so bad during the whole time it hurts.

It's been 3 weeks I was thinking about painting that picture. Now I'm over it, I'm fine, I will not think about any damn pogona for the rest of my life.

Or maybe not (yes wtf I'm planning to do it with pencils too, what a mess is my mind)

I obviously posted it on Instagram and I wish so bad Steve will see this. I love Jensen, I love the way he sings, but Steve is good as well and without him Radio Company would never had seen the light of the day.

They're both extremely talented artists and I love them so much.

Please consider this is my gish personal challenge, I wanted to start drawing again after more or less 8/10 years so I'm kinda rusty.
