In an attempt to match the production process to that of the factory, I tried to make them in as little time as possible, this time taking me 25mins. But due to me not having all the machinery that's needed to make them in such short time, the cakes didn't cool rapidly enough which resulted in the jelly melting and merging with the chocolate.
